I taught 1st grade for 3 years at NBES. I also taught kindergarten and 1st grade for one year each at Kinston Elementary.  I taught sixth grade for 6 years along with 5th grade Math for 3 years.  I taught high school math 7th-12th for 4 years, 4th grade for 2 years, and now 6th-grade math and science.  I really enjoy teaching kids reading and math.

I grew up in Opp, Alabama with my mother, 2 sisters, and brother.  I graduated from Opp High School where I took a Child Care class for 2 years that allowed me to get experience with small kids and observe kindergarten classrooms.  I also worked in a daycare in Opp where I  took care of children 1-year old through 4 years old.  I am a member of Ino Baptist Church where I have taught VBS, Sunday School and currently teaching 1 and 2-year-olds on Sunday and Wednesday nights. I am married to Anthony Reeves from Lowery, and we have two girls, Lauren and Leslie.  I am a cancer survivor!!!
